Gong Hei Fat Choi!
The residents were treated to a Chinese banquet at lunchtime today!
For starters, vegetable spring rolls, chicken satay, prawn toast, and duck pancake rolls were on the menu, with many residents going in for seconds!
It was then followed by beef in black bean, sweet and sour chicken, and Chinese chicken curry! This was accompanied by egg fried rice, noodles, and stir fried Chinese vegetables!
