Anniversary Celebrations!

Celebrating their 1st anniversaries: Lesley, Ebony, Aswin, Gijo and Kuda.

3 years are: Hannah, Sophia, Eve, and Diana (Fun fact – They all joined the team following our Open Day Events, proving that these events helped us see people more naturally and allowed us to see how amazing you would all be!)

For 5 years: Janet & Connor!

For all of the above you’ve all made such a positive impact, here’s to many more years at Bowfell House! I’m sure everyone would agree that you all go above and beyond and have developed into your roles fantastically!

We are also really lucky to be celebrating to amazing people celebrating 10 years:

Emily – I know – she doesn’t look old enough! But what an amazing 10 years, we couldn’t be prouder of the carer, team lead and manager you have become.

Shantall – back in our Knoll and Fairways days, Shantall could be heard from afar with her larger than life approach to care. Moving to nights at Bowfell, your presence is still most definitely felt and we are so thankful for your loyalty.

And last but certainly not least – celebrating an incredibly 15 years at the Knoll Care Partnership we have the fantastic Joyleen! As a senior at Fairways for many years, we are so grateful for everything Joy has done over the last 15 years – her dedication to this team, her loyalty to us and her compassion for our residents is second to none.
