JOB OPPORTUNITY – Bowfell House is looking for a Maintenance and Upkeep person to work part time hours. This role could be flexible to suit your needs.
Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, working with a strong sense of pride and with a caring and compassionate nature.
We need someone able to undertake general maintenance and upkeep of our building and grounds.
This will include (but is not exclusive to):
– Responding to repairs and replacements as expected in a residential care home
– Cleaning and sweeping of external areas
– Painting (bedrooms and touch ups)
– Bulb replacement
– Monthly audits, including fire safety checks
– Tidy and maintaining bin stores
