Did you know that 1 in 3 adults over 65 will have at least one fall a year. What’s the key to an active, happy and healthy older age? Strength and Balance!
#FallsPrevention is a team effort. Residents themselves and all those in the community around them, from care team, family members to physical therapists, have a role to play in reducing #FallsRisk.
This Falls Prevention Week, remember that staying active is key for avoiding falls! Movement can take all sorts of forms and here’s somethings we have been up to this week and last
