Fantastic that Bowfell House have completed our HIV awareness training and are now an HIV aware residential care home!
A key element of our Ageing Well project is the delivery of this HIV training to residential care homes, domiciliary care providers and other organisations in contact with, or supporting older people in Greater Manchester and Liverpool.
Our training increases knowledge and understanding of ageing with HIV, the impact of HIV stigma and increases providers’ confidence to better support people living with HIV.
