Opportunity twice a week to take part in a chair based exercise programme giving a full body workout. Working on all general movements to get the blood flowing, keep muscles active and aiding continued mobility, strength maintenance and falls prevention. Also games and exercises in to help with memory, hand to eye coordination and concentration. A fun and social gathering on a weekly basis come along and improve your health and fitness with Sammijay!
